The first constitution was written in 1980 and amended in 1984.

The Board of trustees consists of a mix of professionals and entrepreneurs from  various walks  of life


The trusteeship of FCCI is only by invitation.

FCCI encourages participation of anyone who is willing and capable of contributing significantly to developing and implementing concrete studies and projects aimed at addressing long-term solutions for most important issues affecting India.

The Trustees carry out all the work of the Foundation themselves on voluntary basis.

Foundation Inter Cultural Arts

Since 1999, Inter Cultural Arts has been 
founded  for artistic and social ventures with various cultures viz. the Dutch, the 
Surinamese Hindustani, Creole, Chinese. Javanese, Turkish, Moroccans, Indian & Pakistan. Artists from these cultures participate in plays staged by the foundation in various theatres in Holland, including Paramaribo and 
Suriname.
Performances are done in the languages Sarnami- Hindi, Hindi, Urdu, 
English, Dutch, Turkish, Sranang (dialect of Suriname).

NICCT was founded since 2003 as a non-commercial, voluntary association of business concerns and professionals with an interest in business and economic relations between India and The Netherlands. Sikh Society, Netherlands was founded as a non-partisan, non-political human development organisation was founded in 2002.

Multifunctional Hindustani Cultural Centre (MHCC)

MHCC was established and re-named in 2005 from the existing Foundation Jai Hanuman Wichen.

Hindi Prachaar Sanstha Nederland (HPSN)

Established in 1997.

Main objective to preserve the Hindi language amongst Surinami Hindustani community in the Netherlands.
With collaboration from Rashtra Bhasha Prachar Samiti Wardha, India, conducts Hindi Prathmiek,
Prarambhiek , Prewesh, Parichay & Acharya examinations in the cities of Groningen, Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Almere and Arnhem. More than 100 students a year get one of these degrees.
Coordinates activities for Hindi language education in about 20 Hindi schools in NL including development of teaching materials, books and methods & training courses for Hindi teachers.
Regularly celebrate annual Hindi Divas in September & Hindi symposia, lectures, readings, cultural events to develop to develop interest in Hindi.
