The vision of this program is based on the fact that only a good procedure base (safe processes and safe systems, safety procedures and skill) is carried by passionate leadership & commitment of the leaders and supported by a highly involved workforce. Also clear direction for lifestyle interventions as a new element of the program (Absenteeism was already long time around 3%, but we did see an increase in average age, a shift in lifestyle to unhealthy behavior (less move more fast food , etc), and a slight increase in diseases such as heart / vascular, cancer).
The new policy statement was written by an operator in clear language of the workplace. There are clear signs (including counters) placed on site, a value card was introduced and "Mister Zero" as goalkeeper the anchor in communication.
