Practical Workshops are rolled for the leaders at all levels.
- An 1-day "Can" workshop involving role-play with actors on critical soft skills to lead teams.

The "Supportive & engaged Wokforce” is facilitated by the element owners, safety teams, task risk assessments teams, ERT voluntary team etc. In addition, the above described outdoor activity was developed with 4 team building activities where a task analysis was used as a base and a "tipi (indian tent)" discussion session for the team to talk about safety on the workplace. In addition there are (i) "see" sessions with the task of identifying unsafe conditions during normal production hours (operators are watching their peers on a different shift), (ii) lean workshops to optimize the work on the shopfloor and (iii) an EHS fair demonstrating all aspects of EHS at home and at the workplace together with the family.
